To maintain the exclusivity and quality of our products, we follow a no-return and no-refund policy, except in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- You may request an exchange if the product is defective, damaged, wrong in size, or not the same as ordered.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting images/videos.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or provide store credit.
💰 Refund Policy
- Direct refunds are not offered.
- In cases of defective or incorrect products (verified by our team), we will process an exchange or issue a credit note for the same value.
❌ No Return/Exchange/Refund On
- Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance events.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
- Slight variations in color, embroidery, or print, as these are natural in handmade and photographed products.
📦 Return Shipping
- For approved exchanges, customers may be required to ship the product back.
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong or defective product), Roop will cover the return shipping costs.
